How long does the recruitment process take?
Recruitment timelines vary depending on the worker’s nationality and the completion of the required documentation. In most cases, the process takes between 2 and 12 weeks, with a maximum processing period of 90 days.
Can a domestic worker be replaced during the guarantee period?
Yes. Employers may request a replacement during the guarantee period, subject to the terms and conditions approved by Taj Mahal Recruitment Office and the applicable LMRA regulations.
What documents are required to begin the recruitment process?
The required documents typically include:
– Copy of the employer’s CPR (Smart Card)
– Passport copy or valid driving license
– Employment contract
– Salary certificate of the sponsor/employer
